Success and Winning Change Everything

Success and Winning Change Everything

Success is the sum of all our small efforts. Winning is not quick and easy. Our life is built on one stone at a time and one moment at a time. But we can develop a wining attitude so that we can win.

Winning is something that builds us up physically and mentally every day. You must be prepared for a roller coaster ride to win. But that is to be expected, because winning is for the hard worker and for someone who wants it bad enough.

There are moments in life that you arrive at a crossroads. Either you keep doing the same with the same results or you change your life and do something completely different. Winners do the latter. Winners decide to win.

To win, however, you have to make some small and some not so small tweaks in your life.

First you have to choose your friends wisely. If they knock you down all the time and pull you off your path, you will never win. There is a chance that those friends are losers and want you to be so good that they feel at ease when dealing with you.

Second, do not spend your time on worthless activities such as bar hopping or hanging out until all hours of the night. You are too busy and you are focused on this. This drains your energy and turns you into a loser.

Third: be focused on your goal - whatever it is. Success is involvement in the process. Successful people just use their skills and improve all the time. They are willing to do the job.

Fourth, winners do not expect to get easy rides. They know it will be hard work. But they believe it is worth it, and they are willing to use the time and energy and make the sacrifices that are needed.

Fifth: remember that you will not see results, so don't expect them. But realize that if you are successful for a while, you are encouraged to keep working hard until you win.

Sixth, there is no magic pill to be successful. Everyone who is willing to work hard wins. So if you work hard, you win too. You just have to believe in yourself and trust the process.

Know how to win successfully. They put in the hard work and they are willing to be so focused on their goal that they can't get in the way of pursuing it. Are you ready for the challenge? Can you decide to work alongside small farmers along the way to your destination? All that is needed is the will to win and once you have developed this will, your life will change forever.

Learn About The Only Way to Feel Good

Learn About The Only Way to Feel Good

"Even if I am locked up in a prison cell and hated by the whole world, my mind can still be that of a king." - Daisaku Ikeda

It seems too simple, I know. It is so simple that we want to make it more difficult, more esoteric. However, the simple truth is that the only way to feel good is to think thoughts that feel good.

Similarly, the only way to feel bad is to think about thoughts that feel bad. It really is that simple.

Because our thoughts produce our feelings, what we choose to think determines how we feel. Note: this is what we choose to think. Sometimes it does not feel like we are choosing our thoughts, because a negative impulse seems to be choosing our thoughts for us.

Negative momentum can sometimes feel like a runaway train. We may even be tempted to believe those negative thoughts. However, at any moment we can consciously choose to think a thought that feels better. Even if we choose a thought that feels just a little better, we have stopped the negative momentum and are re-directed in a more positive direction.

We often want to blame other people or external circumstances for our bad mood. We think, "If he / she / it were to change, I would feel good." Unfortunately, it's up to us. And that is where our strength lies.

We certainly feel bad when we think we feel bad. In the same way we feel good if we think well.

Feeling good is as simple as thinking thoughts that feel good [or a little better], focusing on things that are easy to appreciate and thinking of others who are easy to love. In this way we begin to climb back to the emotional scale. Isn't it nice to know that we have the power to choose how we feel!

This is the process: we remain present and see how we feel. When we notice that we don't feel the way we want to feel, we take that as information. - NOT that we have done something wrong or that we are defective in any way - but information that we think thoughts that do not serve us. As soon as we become aware of our negative thoughts, we can start choosing thoughts that feel better.

Some days it seems harder than others, but it's always the same process:

* Stay present and notice how you feel.

* Choose consciously for thoughts that feel better.

* Voila, your vibration is increasing and you are a vibrational match with your desires!

It is simple and it works, but it also requires practice. As we practice choosing thoughts that feel good and have the habit of feeling good, it will soon become so bad that so unacceptable that, at the first hint of negative emotion, we nip it and return to our natural state of well-being.

We all want to feel good and, luckily, the Law of Attraction teaches us how to do that. We know how to feel good and we have the power to feel good. What could be better than that!

The Law of Attraction - Is This the Whole Story?

The law of attraction - is this the whole story?

You may have heard of the Law of Attraction, a concept that infers from that that attracts equals. But what does this mean? To me, it means that if you want something (and you do something to manifest it) wholeheartedly, there's a good chance you'll get it.

But does the concept really work?

As a Life Coach, I am enthusiastic about thinking ahead and working on what I call 'ideals'. An ideal is just something positive that you want to make happen - it's a vision, a mission, a goal, a goal.

A few years ago I compiled a sheet of paper with my general life goal, my vision, my goals and a list of projects that resulted from those goals. Everything I wrote down came from deep within me and had been an integral part of me for years.

I've looked at that sheet of paper almost daily since I compiled it without thinking too much about how things would manifest on the sheet.

The reason why I refer to the magazine so often is simply because it makes me feel good. It guides me and stimulates me in a positive way. In short, it represents everything I want to manifest in my life.

More recently, I attended a meeting with some colleagues and we were talking about developing a business. During the discussions I realized that much of what we were talking about resembled what was on my magazine.

Upon returning home I looked at the sheet and laughed. Almost everything that I had written down was in the meeting. This did not happen because I pushed my own agenda. It happened of course, because we all had the same mentality with similar ambitions and wanted to achieve similar life and business goals ... such as attracting like.

I have now realized that everything I have pursued can come to fruition as standard if our company is successful.

So does this attraction concept really work? Yes, I think so!

Now you could say that nothing that I have released there has come true so far. This is true. However, the meeting showed me that things are already starting to shift.

If I had not made this sheet, I doubt that the meeting would have been the same in that meeting. I might have been easier led by the others around the table because I had no real perspective.

By clearly articulating my goal, vision, goals and projects and referring to them daily, my subconscious already recognizes opportunities that help to make this reality. That meeting (and the subsequent idea of the company) is one of those opportunities.

However, I believe that there are a number of reservations for the concept:

Windows of Opportunity

As soon as you have clearly and specifically determined where you want to go, opportunities start opening up for you. It is up to you to seize those opportunities and immediately take the necessary action to achieve your goals. Otherwise, those windows eventually close and the opportunity is lost.

Letting go

I also believe that an important element is that you let go of the outcome. Be OK with achieving your goals and ambitions, and with not achieving them. This is because, in my opinion, getting desperate about your performance drives them away. If you take it more relaxed, you increase the chance that you will reach them. For me it is also about acknowledging that your aspirations do not always manifest themselves in the way you present them - and that you are OK with this.

It gives time

I also think it is important to give yourself the time you need to manifest your ideal. Specific time phases focus and reconcile you into action. However, if these time frames are not realistic, they can have the opposite effect. You may feel that if you have not achieved your goal within the time frame that you have set yourself that you have failed in one way or another.

Allowing yourself the time to mature with your vision and to become the kind of person who can make it happen can increase your chances of success.

So yes, I believe the law of attraction works as:

· You are clear and specific about exactly what you want

· Your focus daily on what you want

· You make optimal use of the opportunities that present themselves and do the work that is needed

· You let go of despair and ...

· You give it time
